The most detailed appraiser I’ve ever worked with. Honest with the numbers but at the same time not one to lazily brush over details and stick you with a lowball figure. In fact, I would say Dave is the local expert to seek help from if your appraiser has already let you down. Anytime I do a refinance on a home my first question to the bank is “Do you have Valiant on your list of appraisers?”
