David Ziccardi is a seasoned real estate appraiser and entrepreneur, serving as the Owner/Operator of Valiant Appraisal Services in Bensalem, PA since 2017. With extensive experience as a PA & NJ State Certified Residential Appraiser, David has demonstrated his expertise in delivering timely and accurate valuation reports for a diverse clientele, including local and national banks, credit unions, relocation companies, attorneys, estate planners, accountants, investors, homeowners, and sales agents. His proficiency in adhering to USPAP, Fannie Mae, ERC, and IRS valuation guidelines has established him as a trusted professional in Bucks, Philadelphia, and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania and Burlington, Camden, and Mercer counties in New Jersey.

 

Before founding Valiant Appraisal Services, David honed his skills as a Real Estate Appraiser at First Atlantic Appraisal Company and as an Appraiser Apprentice at Palma-Lazar Appraisals and Independence Appraisal Group. His education includes a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where he also gained international experience during a semester abroad at Bond University in Australia. Beyond his professional appraisal work, David is a devoted father and husband and enjoys spending time with his family, reading, hiking, and pickleball.
